We arrived back to NC with lots of aspirations of fixing up our house and hanging out with family. Since we are in NC for the majority of the summer we decided to pick up a few toys for our girls. So, in those first few days Darren put together a kitchen for the girls and a bike for Kacy and scooter for Sara. Kacy loves her new bike, but only rides it if Darren is around to help help her.

Once the kitchen is put together Kacy and Sara cooked us many meals and served us and our guest.

Those first few days also included swim lessons for Kacy. She started the summer with the ability to swim, but a huge fear of swimming without a float. It did not take long however for her to lose the float and begin swimming all over the pool. Now she is all over the pool, doing handstands underwater, and jumping in the deep end and swimming anywhere she wants.
