We have been on Lunar Vacation this week and decided to try and get some fun activities in. On Tuesday, Darren took Kacy and they went to Muju to do some skiing. According to Kacy, she is officially an intermediate skier and Darren is officially and Advanced Intermediate. I'm not sure how she gets her ratings, but that is her word on it. The next day I took Sara and Kacy and we did a little ice skating...wow that was hard work. Kacy does pretty well on her own and especially holding my hand. Sara on the other hand...well it was her first time out. She said things like, "Mom, I think they made the ice too slippery." At one point I couldn't get her to skate straight. I was having so much trouble. I finally told her "Sara, keep your skates straight, what are you doing?" She replied, "Mom, I'm trying to spin like them." Seriously, I am just trying to keep us off of the ground and she is trying to spin under my feet. No wonder this is so difficult! Regardless, it was lots of fun, but I am sore today!
