Zooland

At the end of spring break a couple weeks ago, we took a trip over to the Daejon Zoo to see some animals and spend time with some friends. Kacy and Sara had a great time spending time with their friends--Sara, Silas, and Nina. We enjoyed some adult conversation as well.


A bear was willing to do tricks for us...or at least stand up and be funny for the kids!

The newborn lambs were very cute.

Sara is getting more mobile all the time and loves to play on the playground, even if she nees some help.

Sara loves to slide and we found one just right for her at the zoo.

Of course, Kacy never misses a good slide. She and Sara had fun making a train!

This picture was before the "roller coaster" started. It was a loop with a slight downhill to pick up speed going around the loop.

Afterwards, Kacy said it went to fast and was less than thrilled although she did fine on it.

Sara likes to check things out, particularly from the safety and Mom & Dad's arms.

One of Kacy's favorites at the zoo is the monkey jump!

And Sara checked out the merry-go-round...from Mom's lap.

And we got to ride an airplane too.

It was a fun time for all.
