I don't know why getting Christmas pictures can be so challenging, but it's a task we persistently try to accomplish every year. So, the other Sunday we went to my parents house for lunch after church. The girls were dressed up so we tried to get some pictures.

Then all the Hawkins made it over and we actually got them all looking pretty decent and facing in the direction of the camera, with fairly little pain.
