Kacy's Kindergarten Christmas Party

Kindergarten had a little class party on the last day of school before Christmas break. Because I am a teacher I also had my class party during the same time and was only able to jet down to Kindergarten for a few minutes. It is nice to be in the same school so I can run down even if it is for a couple minutes. So, Darren was the token Dad at the Kindergarten Christmas Party! He got there towards the end and got some pictures of Mr. Roberts (Assistant Headmaster of TCIS) playing his guitar and singing carols with the class.

For the last day of school the class had a PJ party. They all wore their pajama's and got to watch The Polar Express. Then they all got tickets to go on the polar express! Kacy loves pajama day at school and came home declaring that she also loved the movie, The Polar Express. The humorous part about all this, was that our local T.V. crew contacted the school the day before saying they would like to interview the Headmaster with a class going on in the background. So they showed up in the Kindergarten class. Kacy immediately yells out "Granddaddy" and the crew loved that! Dina Roberts, K teachers, was just thrilled that she may get on TV in her pajamas! We shall see when the segment airs sometime in January!

Kacy loves singing and always tells us when Mr. Roberts comes in to

play his guitar and sing with them! She has learned a lot of Christmas carols this year and sings them frequently in the car.
